Beautiful well-crafted joinery, that meets the needs of the end user in every respect, is the result we all look forward to.
To achieve this, the process must include accurate design and effective management, as otherwise a perfect joinery package will not happen.
This is why we place significant emphasis on Design and Project Management, as well as the Making.
1 - Design
Our design service ensures complete alignment between your creative vision, and the finished joinery installation.
For each joinery item we provide a full drawings pack that includes 3D, 2D and materials references. Appliances and other relevant elements are included to ensure their successful integration.
We revise and amend drawings as required, until they meet your approval.
2 - PROJECT MANAGEMENT
A dedicated project manager will oversee the entire process from initial brief, to installation.
They will co-ordinate internally and also with external suppliers, trades and site managers to ensure our joinery integrates seamlessly into the wider project.
They are your consistent point of contact, providing you updates and relevant information.
3 - MAKING
We are proud of our well organised and resourced workshop. It provides the ideal environment for crafting very high quality work.
Even more important however is our highly experienced joinery and finishing team. They posess a clear understanding of the high standards required, and the passion to meet them.
Head joiner Iosif leads the close-knit workshop. He and the team are committed to seeking out, testing and honing new techniques - and integrating into our workflow, to continually improve our offer.
4 - INSTALLATION
We place great emphasis on well organised, smooth and efficient installations.
Our project management team will communicate early in the process with clients and their site contractors, to ensure information such as schedule, workshop drawings, services drawings and logistical arrangements are shared in good time.
When it’s time for the installation, our logistics team will deliver the work - well wrapped to protect against damage. Our site installers will follow on and begin the installation.
We maintain open communication with clients throughout the installation process, sending regular updates to ensure they remain fully informed of our progress.
